About Us
"Psychedelics alone are not the answer and we must be careful not to make such claims. Rather, they are one of many tools that need to be used in combination with many other modalities and processes.”
— Rachel Aidan, PhDc.

Stacy K. Sledge, MC, LPC, PAT
Therapist and Owner
For 25 years, I’ve guided individuals on their journeys toward mental well-being as a Licensed Professional Counselor. While I value the power of traditional psychotherapy, I became increasingly interested in the potential of Ketamine-Assisted Therapy for profound breakthroughs. I also grew concerned about the lack of standardized practices in this emerging field, particularly the absence of proper preparation, attention to set and setting, and integration with licensed professionals. This concern inspired me to pursue specialized training, completing a year-long program in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (covering Ketamine, Psilocybin, and MDMA) through the Integrative Institute of Psychiatry. I’m deeply committed to responsible practice and provide Ketamine Therapy that prioritizes thorough preparation, a supportive and intentional set and setting, and comprehensive integration. I believe these elements, combined with my experience and compassion, create a safe and transformative space for clients seeking growth and healing.
I would be honored to be a guide through your Ketamine journey!

Therapist
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Counseling, and a Nationally Certified Counselor with the National Board of Certified Counselors. I have been trained in many modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), HeartMath, Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT), Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, and more.
I am a neuroscience- and trauma-informed strengths-based psychotherapist, mentor, trainer, and supervisor. I have worked in this field for over a decade and believe that we all have an innate ability to heal and each person has a unique pathway in which they get there. I have a lot of energy and am very passionate about the work that I do. I show up authentically and ready to go wherever this journey is headed. I know how scary it can be to be vulnerable, let go of control, and “live the work” and I can tell you that Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy is a game changer for me. Let’s see how it can work for you!
“Go and discover what you don’t know. What are you afraid of?”

Sarah Jennings, PMHNP-BC.Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
I have been dedicated to advancing mental health care since 2016 as a committed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). My journey began as a psychiatric nurse, where I gained valuable experience in various mental health and detox facilities. This hands-on experience shaped my approach to patient care, reinforcing my belief in a holistic treatment model that addresses the individual as a whole, not just their symptoms.
One of my primary areas of focus is using Ketamine to treat mental health challenges. I often refer to Ketamine as the medication, as it has been proven to help
individuals break free from patterns of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma. At Guided Journeys , we use a unique approach to Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAP) that
creates a more comprehensive treatment, enhancing therapeutic outcomes for our patients.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy photography, spending time with my many pets, getting dinner with friends, and practicing yoga.
I look forward to meeting and collaborating with you.
